FISH AMOK
Amok Trei or fish amok is a Cambodian steamed fish curry with an almost mousse-like texture and was said to be created in the royal Khmer Empire, with a recipe that was passed down through generations. It is one of Cambodia’s national dishes and a must-try - for Amok, with its laborious, complicated but richly rewarding recipe, became a dish fewer people instinctively knew how to make.

The Royal Ballet of Cambodia is renowned for its graceful hand gestures and stunning costumes, established in the royal courts of Cambodia and has been closely associated with the Khmer court for over one thousand years. It is used commonly used to celebrate royal ceremonies, coronations, marriages, or Khmer holidays.
