Village Farming Tour

Explore a typical Balinese compound where its building size and position are carefully stipulated by age-old traditions based on the length of a priest’s arms and the structures’ position in relation to sacred Mount Agung. Afterwards, head over to the village’s communal farm where you will be taught the various stages of rice cultivation and get the unique opportunity to join the locals in some rice planting. Get the opportunity to also wander through the farmland and see the various vegetable crops being grown and engage with the local farmers. The proceeds from the activity will go back to the local community to help with various teaching and social activities to the local community and its children.
